Interface relays in the TERMSERIES range from Weidmüller are available in solid-state and electromechanical versions that are just 6 mm wide, saving valuable space in control panels. The range offers exceptional versatility, allowing them to provide galvanic isolation and interfacing to suit almost any application, and they are complemented by a wide range of accessories, including interface adapters that allows them to be used with timesaving pre-assembled wiring solutions between the controller and interface level.

TERMSERIES is now available with PUSH IN as well as screw and spring-clamp connections. All types incorporate a large illuminated ejection lever, that doubles as a highly visible status indicator. The PUSH IN versions also feature integrated test points to aid commissioning and fault finding.

The range includes unique multi-voltage input versions that are compatible with any input voltage from 24 V to 230 V AC or DC. This means that users need to stock and use only one relay variant to cover almost all of the most common requirements; however fixed input voltage versions, covering the range 5 V DC to 230 AC or DC, are also available with coloured marking to aid identification

Solid-state TERMSERIES relays can be supplied with outputs rated up to 5 A at 33 V DC, and up to 1 A at 275 V AC, while electromechanical types are available with either one or two changeover contacts with various contact materials and ratings. Electromechanical versions can optionally be supplied with integral flywheel diodes or RC suppression networks. Those with the highest output ratings or with two changeover contacts are double-width devices that are 12 mm wide.

As well as the plug-in adapter, accessories for the TERMSERIES range include convenient and readily customisable cross connectors that greatly reduce wiring time in many applications, partition plates for enhanced electrical and mechanical separation, and easy-to-use marking solutions.
