Thanks to the ingenious plug-and-play technology of our HD plugs, installation work in tight spaces can be completed quickly and safely in decentralised applications. The insulation displacement contact (IDC) simplifies cable assembly by only stripping the sensor lines that the connectors are fed into, which must then be pressed together with a parallel pressing tool.
Working with pre-assembled lines for plug-in connectors makes for fewer cabling errors in spite of noticeably shorter installation times. This means entire machine modules can be cabled faster and transferred to the productive area as part of a far simpler process. So it's obvious that subsequent maintenance and retrofitting work is much more straightforward too.
