Weidmüller is enhancing the modular electronics housing system 'CH20M' (Component Housing IP20 Modular) for individual electronics solutions with a universal mounting rail bus. Comprising five conductor tracks the mounting rail bus is simply integrated in the TS 35 top-hat rail (standard heights: 7.5 and 15 mm to DIN EN 60715) to replace costly individual wiring. The five bus tracks are implemented as follows: two power tracks, one signal track and two data tracks. All 'bus tracks are rated for 5 A'. The mounting rail bus has been designed to be both easy to install and service friendly; a module can be quickly replaced, even one within a group of modules. What is more, the mounting rail bus represents an uninterruptable and flexible system solution. A unique aspect: the universal connection across all housing widths - from 6 mm to 12.5 mm through to 67 mm. The SMD-bus contact block is designed to support automatic component assembly.
