Weidmüller is presenting a power supply pack that features a vibration-proof design with integrated power bus and an IP65-rated housing to support highly reliable, decentralized 24 VDC power supply systems in the form of its 'PowerBox 10P SNT' from the FieldPower® family of products. In conjunction with the project engineering tool 'NetCalc' it is possible to interactively plan and calculate voltage drop, power load as well as short-circuit currents to facilitate implementing single- and three-phase AC and DC power supply systems with optimized levels of copper wiring.

The capability of the software 'NetCalc' is continuously being upgraded to meet customer and application requirements. Thanks to UL approval (in preparation) the three-phase fed 'PowerBox 10P SNT' can be utilized anywhere in the world – including in North American supply systems without an N-pole. Presently available only from Weidmüller this innovative concept was developed to implement highly reliable 24 VDC supply systems in conjunction with the calculation and optimization software 'NetCalc'.
